there are certain times when we may not do certain mitzvos. If one does a mitzvah during those times
they are not doing it for Hashem but rather for themselves thereby not really performing a mitzvah. If Hashem put you in a situation where the mitzva cannot be performed your act of not doing the mitzvah is a mitzvah ( get it)
there is a story told of reb zushe and his brother; they were incarcerated and held in a small dank jail the cell had an object in it that emitted a terrible smell. b/c of the smell they couldnt daven, wich upset them very much. reb zushe then said the act of not doing the mitzva bc we cant shows Hashem that are performance of mitzvos is to serve Him in the right way and not to serve our own needs and feelings
so in this situation Hashem will look down and see you not shaking your lulav b.c He had the first day of sukkos fall on shabbos and see that although you would love to fullfill His commandments you wont do so b.c it was also His commandment not to on that day.

reports of the cats sightings are very frequent andthereis no way it could be a mountian lioncause 1 there not black and 2 they have been extinced in that area since the 1800s NY state parks are perfect for supporting a lage cat pop. they have prey (deer) shelter (rock cravas) and water and with the ammountof sightings and the fact that a team of scientist did find a strange tracks that dindt belong to anything the new lived there i think itis safe to say that there are big cats in new york

Beyond the ridiculousness of the woman to think she could get away with it, why didn't the doctor's office think to do a background check on her before hiring her? I would think a doctor's office takes more care in knowing where a nurse comes from than McDonald's does.

Because one is religious doesn't mean they get special treatment to escape the law &/or it's procedures. Jews are taught that they must obey the laws of the land inwhich they live in. That means no breaking of any laws at anytime for any reason in the country where they live or else they are breaking their own religious law too.A religious person is not immune to bad behavior.

Two separate big black cat sightings took place in the past 2 weeks further upstate. One is Salem, NY and the other in Cambridge, NY, neighboring villages. The one is Salem was actually seen twice in the same spot.
